Come join us for our first Beer vs. Wine Dinner. $50 per person that includes 4 Beers and 4 Wines to battle with 4 courses prepared by our Chef Sean.
1st Course- Seared scallops with pineapple, pickled ginger, and bacon served with a teriyaki sauce.
2nd Course-Seared sesame-coated Tuna with a sweet miso sauce paired with a tossed salad of fennel, oranges, and a lemongrass aioli.
3rd Course- Braised short ribs atop sticky rice and drizzled with a special blend of herbs and broth.
4th- House made cherry ice cream with a yuzu curd and pomegranate.
